No, your commission will be paid once the property is purchased by the Property Buying Partner and completion has taken place.
Yes, upon the sale of the property to the Property Buying Partner you will receive 1.25% (inclusive of VAT) of the confirmed purchase price.
Once the property is bought by the Property Buying Partner, if an onward sale is required you will receive the property back for resale. In addition, you will also receive a further 1% (inclusive of VAT) of the onward sale price, when the property is subsequently sold by the Property Buying Partner.
